CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Surrogate Court Act [Assented to March 26, 1959] Rev. Stat. c.69 The Surrogate Court Act is amended in the manner hereinafter set forth. 1959, c.94, s.1.

Section amended

Section 3, as enacted by

chapter of the statutes of 1958, is amended by striking out the words “such jurisdiction as” in the second and third lines and substituting the words “the jurisdiction conferred or that”. 1959, c.94, s.2.

Section repealed

Section 101, as enacted by

chapter of the statutes of 1958, is repealed. 1959, c.94, s.3. Coming into force 4(1)

Section of this Act shall come into force on the day of assent.
