OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated July 18, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 72 of
Chapter 28 of the Acts of 2004, the Legal Profession Act , is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Kent Noseworthy of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), as a member of the Board of the Law Foundation of Nova Scotia for a term of two (2) years commencing September 4, 2018; and (
b) appoint Meg Green of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth), Paulette Anderson of Plymouth, Pictou County, and Tokunbo Omisade of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), as members of the Board of the Law Foundation of Nova Scotia for terms of two (2) years commencing September 4, 2018.
