OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated April 23, 2010, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act, and in accordance with the Department of Health Construction Grant Program, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health on behalf of the Province to the Capital District Health Authority in the total amount not to exceed Eight Million Six Hundred Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($8,614,000.00) to be applied toward the total project cost of Ten Million, Three Hundred and Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($10,314,000.00), for the development of the community living initiative units on lands located at the Nova Scotia Hospital site, the cost of which grant is to be paid to the Capital District Health Authority on basis of invoiced costs submitted to the Department of Health and charged to "Capital Grants, Department of Health", effective on and after May 6, 2010.
