OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated September 9, 2002, and pursuant to
Section 45 of
Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1992, the Dental Act, is pleased to approve the making by the Provincial Dental Board of Nova Scotia of amendments to the Specialists Regulations approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 93-858 dated November 2, 1993, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after October 10, 2002.
