OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated July 9, 1998, pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the issuance of a grant or deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey a parcel of Crown land containing an approximate area of 1.6 acres, situate at Goldboro, Guysborough County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Goldboro/Isaacs Harbour Community Development Association, a body corporate having its head office at Goldboro, Guysborough County, for the consideration of approximately $5,900.00, with the exact amount to be determined by multiplying the value of $0.085 per square foot by the square footage of the said parcel of Crown land as determined by survey, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
