On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective June 1, 2015,

(

a) sections 1, as it enacts the

definitions of “Crown land” , “prescribed private land” and “private land” , 17, 21 to 25, 26 (1) (f), (2) (e), (3), (5) (

e) and (10), 28, 29, 30 (2) (b), (d), (

j) to (

m) and (

o) to (s), 31 to 34 and 41 of the Off-Road Vehicle Act , S.B.C. 2014, c. 5, are brought into force,

(

b) the Prohibition Regulation No. 1, B.C. Reg. 33/75, is repealed,

(

c) the Prohibition Regulation No. 2, B.C. Reg. 552/76, is repealed,

(

d) the Prohibition Regulation No. 3, B.C. Reg. 12/77, is repealed,

(

e) the Prohibition Regulation No. 4, B.C. Reg. 13/77, is repealed,

(

f) the Prohibition Regulation No. 5, B.C. Reg. 119/78, is repealed,

(

g) the Prohibition Regulation No. 6, B.C. Reg. 33/84, is repealed,

(

h) the Prohibition Regulation No. 7, B.C. Reg. 517/76, is repealed,

(

i) the Prohibition Regulation No. 9, B.C. Reg. 353/2002, is repealed, and

(

j) the Snowmobile Regulation, B.C. Reg. 65/72, is repealed.
