OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated May 3, 2011, and pursuant to clause 13(2)(
a) of
Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1992, the Dental Act, and
Section 44A of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to appoint Dr. Thomas H. Raddell III of Liverpool, Queens County, Dr. Dave Dignan of Westville, Pictou County, and Dr. Christopher A. Baker of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as members of the Provincial Dental Board of Nova Scotia for three year terms commencing July 5, 2011.
