OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Cyber Security and Digital Solutions dated January 27, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Cyber Security and Digital Solutions entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with Employment and Social Development Canada pertaining to use and development of a digital notification platform, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the Memorandum of Understanding.
