Order in Council 346/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Bruce Krushelnicki was appointed full-time Executive Chair of Environment and Land Tribunals Ontario and a full-time member of the Assessment Review Board, the Board of Negotiation, the Conservation Review Board, the Environmental Review Tribunal and the Ontario Municipal Board for a term of three years, effective November 25, 2015, by Order in Council O.C. 1643/2015;

And

whereas Bruce Krushelnicki tendered his resignation effective April 3, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , subsection 16(1) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 ,

section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act , subsection 27(1) of the Expropriations Act , subsection 24(1) of the Ontario Heritage Act , subsection 1(2) of the Environmental Review Tribunal Act, 2000 and subsection 5(2) of the Ontario Municipal Board Act , Order in Council O.C. 1643/2015 be revoked effective April 3, 2018.
