OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated March 6, 2014, and pursuant to Sections 32 and 33 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act , is pleased to: (

a) effective April 1, 2012, revoke approval of the Medical Services Pay Plan approved by Order-in-Council 2012-127 dated May 1, 2012; (

b) approve the Medical Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation for the period April 1, 2012 to March 31, 2013; (

c) approve the Medical Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation for the period April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2014; and, (

d) approve the Medical Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in 'Schedule ''C" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and from April 1, 2014.
