OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated December 16, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 28A of
Chapter 23 of the Acts of 2021, the Link Nova Scotia Act (the "Act"), is pleased to make new regulations setting criteria and factors to be considered by the Minister when issuing orders to municipalities under
Section 7 of the Act, in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after January 20, 2026.
