OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation dated September 21, 2010, and pursuant to Sections 7B, 7D and 7H of

Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased to approve amendments to Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation's By-law #4, the Bargaining Unit Collective Agreement By-law, which amend the collective agreement for Nova Scotia Government Employees Union Local 470 to provide for revision of the remuneration and other conditions of employment of those casual staff being incorporated into the Local 470 bargaining unit, as contained in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to be effective on, from and after October 19, 2010.
