SAFE ACCESS TO SCHOOLS
AMENDMENT ACT, 2026
HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:
CLAUSE 1: [Safe Access to Schools Act,
section 9] amends the date that the Act is repealed.
Section 9 of the Safe Access to Schools Act, S.B.C. 2024, c. 18, is amended by striking out " July 1, 2026 " and substituting " July 1, 2028 ".
Commencement
2 This Act comes into force on the date of Royal Assent.
Explanatory Note
