Authority under which Order is made: Act and section: Public Service Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 385, s. 15 Other: OIC 447/2020 O10474543 On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective December 7, 2020, (

a) the appointment of Brittany Katherine Hawkins as an Administrative Assistant in the Office of the Premier, made by Order in Council 447/2020, is rescinded, (

b) Brittany Katherine Hawkins is appointed as an Administrative Assistant in the Office of the Premier, (

c) Brittany Katherine Hawkins is to be paid as a Clerk beginning at step of the salary range set out in the BCGEU Salary

Schedule administered by the British Columbia Public Service Agency, and (

d) the terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category B appointees in the “Terms and Conditions for Excluded Employees and Appointees” administered by the British Columbia Public Service Agency apply to the appointment of Brittany Katherine Hawkins. 607 December 7, 2020
