Order in Council 1325/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsections 49(3) and 51(1) of the Health Protection and Promotion Act ,

Trudy (Griffiths) Sachowski of Eagle River

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Northwestern Health Unit for a period of three years, November 20, 2016 to and including November 19, 2019.
