Order in Council 141/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Huntsville Forest Products Inc. , a corporation existing under the laws of Ontario (the “ Company ”), desires to continue to operate a forest resource processing facility in Huntsville, Ontario (the “ Facility ”);

And

whereas the supply agreement numbered 536223 currently held by the Company was approved by Order in Council 1383/2002 and amended by Order in Council 334/2004 (the “ Supply Agreement ”);

And

whereas the Supply Agreement requires the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council in order for the Minister of Northern Development, Mines, Natural Resources and Forestry (the “ Minister ”) to renew the Supply Agreement for an additional five years;

Now therefore , pursuant to

section 11.1 of the Supply Agreement, the Minister is hereby given approval to renew the Supply Agreement with the Company for a supply of Crown forest resources, being an annual target volume of 62,858 cubic metres, to be made available to the Company for use at the Facility.
