B.C. Reg. 349/2010 , deposited December 6, 2010, pursuant to the FOREST ACT [Section 169]. Order in Council 817/2010, approved and ordered December 3, 2010.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) the Yale AIP Designated Area Regulation, B.C. Reg 363/2005, is repealed, and

(

b) it being in the public interest, the Crown land outlined in heavy black and shaded grey on the maps on file with GeoBC, Ministry of Natural Resource Operations, with the file name Yale_PT13_Designated Area_No2_20101029, is specified as the Yale Designated Area No. 2 under

section 169 of the Forest Act for the period ending July 2, 2012.

section 6 of the Regulations Act , I hereby exempt from publication the maps attached to B.C. Reg. 349/2010.
