Order in Council 482/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Emma Sims was reappointed as a full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term ending April 17, 2021 by Order in Council O.C. 1743/2019;

And

whereas Emma Sims tendered her resignation effective February 27, 2020;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 1743/2019 be revoked effective February 27, 2020.
