BENEFITS AMENDMENT REGULATION

Act.

1 The Income Support, Training and Health Benefits

Regulation (AR 122/2011) is amended by this Regulation.

Section 47 is amended by renumbering it as

section

47(1).

Section 74(2) is repealed and the following is

substituted:

(2) The members of the Committee shall consist of employees of the

Government of Alberta.

ENTERPRISE AND ADVANCED EDUCATION GRANTS

AMENDMENT REGULATION

on October 20, 2014 pursuant to sections 13 and 16 of the Government Organization

Act.

1 The Enterprise and Advanced Education Grants

Regulation (AR 121/2008) is amended by this Regulation.

2 The title of the regulation is amended by striking out

"ENTERPRISE" and substituting "INNOVATION".

Section 1(1)(

b) is amended by striking out "Minister of

Enterprise and Advanced Education" and substituting "Minister of

Innovation and Advanced Education".

Section 12 is amended by striking out "November 30, 2014"

and substituting "November 30, 2021".

5 The Designation and Transfer of Responsibility

Regulation (AR 80/2012) is amended in

section 11.1(5) by

striking out "Enterprise and Advanced Education Grants

Regulation" and substituting "Innovation and Advanced Education

Grants Regulation".

Safety Codes Act

CERTIFICATION AND PERMIT AMENDMENT REGULATION

section 65 of the Safety Codes Act.

1 The Certification and Permit Regulation (AR 295/2009) is

amended by this Regulation.

Section 4 is amended

(

a) by repealing subsection (1)(b)(

i) and substituting

the following:

(

i) obtained a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in

the electrical industry satisfactory to the Administrator,

(

b) in subsection (2)(

a) by striking out "jurisdiction other

than Alberta" and substituting "Canadian jurisdiction".

Section 11 is amended by striking out "October 31, 2014"

and substituting "October 31, 2019".
