B.C. Reg. 84/2007, deposited March 30, 2007, pursuant to the PUBLIC SECTOR EMPLOYERS ACT [Section 15]. Order in Council 175/2007, approved and ordered March 29, 2007.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Social Services Employers Regulation, B.C. Reg. 84/2003, is amended in

section 2, in the list of employers designated for the purposes of paragraph (

g) of the definition of "public sector employer" in the Act,

(

a) by striking out:

Hudock Holdings Ltd.

Unlimited Community Supports Ltd. , and

(

b) by adding the following after Salt Spring Island Community Society:

Dovecote Bluff Estates Inc.

Pioneer Lodge Inc.

Salmo Community Resource Society .
