OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Workforce Development dated August 11, 2009, and pursuant to Sections 151 and 152 of
Chapter 10 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Workers' Compensation Act and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to revoke the appointment of Raymond E. Ivany as Chair and member of the Board of Directors of the Workers' Compensation Board.
