OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated October 4, 2006 and pursuant to Sections 6 and 29 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice to enter into an Agreement on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia respecting Canada's contribution to Legal Aid in Criminal Law, Youth Criminal Justice Act and Immigration and Refugee matters, in the form set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective April 1, 2006 to March 31, 2007.
