Loi sur l’aquaculture 1(1)

Section 1 of the Aquaculture Act,

chapter 112 of the Revised Statutes, 2011, is amended by adding the following definition in alphabetical order: 1(1) L’article 1 de la

Section 18 of the Regulation is amended in the portion preceding paragraph (

chapter C-6.1 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1989, is amended by adding the following definition in alphabetical or- der: 3(1) L’article 1 de la

Section 11 of the Act is amended by adding after subsection (2) the following: 3(2) L’article 11 de la Loi est modifié par l’adjonc- tion de ce qui suit après le paragraphe (2) : 11(2.1) The owner of a private well may have a sam- ple of the water from the well tested for the presence of inorganic substances and micro-organisms in accordance with the regulations. 11(2.1) Le propriétaire d’un puits privé peut faire ana- lyser un échantillon d’eau du puits pour déceler, s’il en est, la présence de matières inorganiques et de micro- organismes en conformité avec les règlements. 3(3) Subsection 13(1) of the Act is repealed. 3(3) Est abrogé le paragraphe 13(1) de la Loi.

Regulation under the Clean Water Act Règlement pris en vertu de la

5.1(1) The owner of a private well may have a sample of water tested at the expense of the owner by submitting the sample to the Provincial Analytical Services. 5.1(1) Le propriétaire d’un puits privé peut remettre aux Services analytiques de la province un échantillon d’eau afin de le faire analyser à ses frais. 5.1(2) The Provincial Analytical Services shall send by ordinary mail a letter informing the owner referred to in subsection (1) of the results of the test of the sample of water. 5.1(2) Les Services analytiques de la province en- voient par courrier ordinaire une lettre informant le pro- priétaire mentionné au paragraphe (1) des résultats de l’analyse de l’échantillon d’eau. 5.2 The Provincial Analytical Services, the Minister and the Minister of Health may collect information re- lated to a sample of water from a well to be tested under this Regulation, including personal information related to the owner of the well. 5.2 Les Services analytiques de la province, le Minis- tre et le ministre de la Santé peuvent recueillir des ren- seignements relatifs à un échantillon d’eau de puits devant faire l’objet d’une analyse sous le régime du pré- sent règlement, y compris des renseignements person- nels concernant le propriétaire du puits visé. 4(3)

Section 6 of the Regulation is amended in the portion preceding paragraph (

a) by adding “and all re- lated information” after “the results of a test of a sam- ple of water from a well”. 4(3) L’article 6 du Règlement est modifié au passage qui précède l’alinéa a ) par l’adjonction de « ainsi que tous les renseignements relatifs à cet échantillon » après « les résultats de l’analyse d’un échantillon de l’eau d’un puits ». 4(4)

Section 10.01 of the Regulation is amended 4(4) L’article 10.01 du Règlement est modifié (

a) in subsection (1) by striking out “or

section 9 or 10” and substituting “or

section 9 or 10 and all related information”;

Natural Products Act

Section 14 of the Natural Products Act,

chapter N-1.2 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1999, is repealed and the following is substituted: 5 L’article 14 de la

Loi sur les produits naturels, cha- pitre N-1.2 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 1999, est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit : 14(1) The following persons shall preserve confiden- tiality with respect to all information, documents and samples that are in their custody that were received un- der paragraph 11(1)(

d) or (

e) or acquired by an inspector under

section 60: 14(1) Sont tenus de préserver la confidentialité de tous les renseignements, documents et échantillons qui sont sous leur garde et qu’ils ont reçus en vertu de l’ali- néa 11(1)

d) ou
