OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated January 11, 2002, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Lia Maroun, made pursuant to Order in Council 1999-231 dated May 5, 1999; and (

b) appoint Lia Thibault of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
