Section 5 of
Chapter 32 of the Acts of 2005,
An Act to Amend
Chapter 38 of the Acts of 2001, the Youth Justice Act, and
Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act, and subsection (7) of
Section 3 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 3 and 4 of
Chapter 32 of the Acts of 2005,
An Act to Amend
Chapter 38 of the Acts of 2001, the Youth Justice Act, and
Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act, do come into force on and not before June 1, 2006.
