B.C. Reg. 238/2005, deposited June 29, 2005, pursuant to the ADULT GUARDIANSHIP ACT [Section 61 (a.1)]. Regulation of the Public Guardian and Trustee, dated June 22, 2005.

I, Jay Chalke, Public Guardian and Trustee, order that, effective July 1, 2005,

section 2 of the Designated Agencies Regulation, B.C. Reg. 19/2002, is amended

(

a) by repealing subsection (1) and substituting the following:

(1) For the purpose of performing functions under

Part 3 of the Act in relation to adults resident anywhere in British Columbia who are eligible to receive community living support under the

Community Living Authority Act , Community Living British Columbia is designated as an agency. , and

(

b) in subsection (2) by striking out "eligible for the Community Living Services for Adults Program" and substituting "eligible to receive community living support under the

Community Living Authority Act ".
