Chapter 203 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Homes for Special Care Act , is pleased to amend the Homes for Special Care Regulations , N.S. Reg. 127/1977, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 77-1261 dated October 11, 1977, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after May 5, 2020.
