Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1993, the Equity Tax Credit Act, is pleased to amend the Equity Tax Credit Regulations made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 94-86, dated February 24, 1994, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after August 1, 2003.
