An Act to Repeal the Statute of Frauds Loi abrogeant la Loi relative aux preuves littérales Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’As- semblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 The Statute of Frauds,

chapter S-14 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is repealed. 1 Est abrogée la Loi relative aux preuves littérales,

chapitre S-14 des Lois révisées de 1973. TRANSITIONAL PROVISION DISPOSITION TRANSITOIRE Despite

section 1, a proceeding commenced before the commencement of this Act shall be disposed of as though the Statute of Frauds had not been repealed. 2
