OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business and Consumer Services dated August 18, 1998, pursuant to

Section 14 of

Chapter 436 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Solemnization of Marriage Act, is pleased to appoint Richard Gwinn of Dingwall, Victoria County, as Deputy Issuer of Marriage Licenses, effective July 1, 1998.
