Loi sur le paiement des services médicaux Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’Assemblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Subsection 8(1) of the Medical Services Payment Act,

chapter M-7 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended Le paragraphe 8(1) de la

Loi sur le paiement des services médicaux,

chapitre M-7 des Lois révisées de 1973, est modifié (

a) by adding after paragraph (

f) the following:

a) par l’adjonction de ce qui suit après l’alinéa f) : (f.1) information relating to an account of a medical practitioner or an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for entitled services provided may be released to a re- gional health authority, as defined in the Regional Health Authorities Act, for the purpose of the efficient delivery of health services, f.1) s’il s’agit de renseignements concernant la fac- turation d’un médecin ou d’un chirurgien bucco- dentaire et maxillo-facial pour la fourniture de ser- vices assurés; ceux-ci peuvent être communiqués aux fins de la prestation efficace des services de santé à une régie régionale de la santé selon la définition que donne de ce terme la

b) by adding after paragraph (g.1) the following:
