OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Workforce Development dated April 16, 2010, and pursuant to Sections 16, 17 and 94 of
Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Trade Union Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint Sylvester Atkinson of Middleton, Annapolis County, as a Management member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing May 4, 2010; (
b) fix the remuneration of Sylvester Atkinson at the rate of $150.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends to the business of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), in addition to such actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; (
c) re-appoint Gregory A. Blanchard of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an Alternate Labour member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing August 26, 2010; (
d) fix the remuneration of Gregory A. Blanchard at the rate of $150.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends to the business of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), in addition to such actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; (
e) appoint George L. Fox of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an Alternate Management member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing May 4, 2010; (
f) fix the remuneration of George L. Fox at the rate of $150.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends to the business of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), in addition to such actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; (
g) re-appoint George L. Hall of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an Alternate Management member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing August 26, 2010; (
h) fix the remuneration of George L. Hall at the rate of $150.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends to the business of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), in addition to such actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; (
i) appoint Gordon S. Maclsaac of Victoria Mines, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as an Alternate Management member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing May 4, 2010; (
j) fix the remuneration of Gordon S. Maclsaac at the rate of $150.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends to the business of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), in addition to such actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; (
k) appoint Hugh A. R. Simpson of Wolfville, Kings County, as an Alternate Management member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing May 4, 2010; (1) fix the remuneration of Hugh A. R. Simpson at the rate of $150.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends to the business of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), in addition to such actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; (
m) appoint Michael R. Tynes of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an Alternate Labour member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing May 4, 2010; (
n) fix the remuneration of Michael R. Tynes at the rate of $150.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends to the business of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), in addition to such actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; (
o) re-appoint Phillip Veinotte of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Management member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing August 26, 2010; and (
p) fix the remuneration of Phillip Veinotte at the rate of $150.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends to the business of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), in addition to such actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties.
