OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated March 10, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 33 of the Acts of 2015, the Paramedics Act , and
Section 18 of the
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Dr. Caitlin Lees of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a public representative to the Council of the College of Paramedics of Nova Scotia, made by Order in Council 2020-205 dated July 30, 2020, effective April 4, 2023.
