OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board dated November 7, 2018 and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board entering into the Memorandum of Agreement Regarding the Cooperative Capital Markets Regulatory System with the Governments of Canada, British Columbia, Ontario, Saskatchewan, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Yukon, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or an agreement to like form and effect, effective on and after December 21, 2018.
