OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated September 20, 2001, and pursuant to subsection 44.1(1)(
h) of
Chapter Y-1 of the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, the Young Offenders Act, is pleased to order that court workers employed by Coverdale are a class of persons designated to have access to the Youth Court docket and Youth Court sentencing dispositions, as records referred to in subsection 44.1(1)(
h) of the Young Offenders Act.
