OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated October 31, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) to purchase on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia, a parcel of land containing approximately 17 hectares (41.5 acres), situated at Dunns Beach, Antigonish County, from Dale Archibald, Robert Allan Fraser and Archibald's Bus Company Limited, their respective heirs, executors, successors or assigns, for the purchase price of $390,000.00, subject to the condition that Dale Archibald, Robert Allan Fraser and Archibald's Bus Company Limited, their respective heirs, executors, successors or assigns be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice, which land is more fully shown outlined in red on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; and (

b) to prepare and have executed such documents as may be required to achieve the purpose of this Order.
