OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated April 26, 2016, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) issuing a quit claim deed to convey a parcel of Crown lands containing approximately 0.87 hectares (2.15 acres), located at Gabarus Lake, Cape Breton County, and shown outlined in bold as Parcel A on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to Zion Wesley United Church Society, a society having its registered office at Gabarus Lake, Nova Scotia, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of $1.00, subject to a right of reversion in favour of the Province; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
