Order in Council 885/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of proposed highway, in the City of Burlington, Geographic Township of Nelson, Regional Municipality of Halton, shown as Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Ministry Plan P-5130-0000, filed with the Geomatics Central, of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto on the 25th day of January, 2021, be designated as Controlled-Access Highway pursuant to

Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter P.50, as amended.
