OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated January 12, 2006, pursuant to subsection (1) of
Section 21 of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 2005, the Justice Administration Amendment
(2005) Act, and subsection (7) of
Section 3 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that the title to and Sections 1, 17 and 18 of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 2005, the Justice Administration Amendment
(2005) Act, do come into force on and not before February 1, 2006.
