OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Conflict of Interest Act dated June 27, 2019, and pursuant to Sections 5 and 6 of

Chapter 35 of the Acts of 2010 the Conflict of Interest Act , is pleased to, effective July 9, 2019 amend Order in Council 2018-212, dated July 31, 2018, respecting the appointment of Chief Justice Joseph P. Kennedy as Acting Conflict of Interest Commissioner, to set remuneration at a rate of $60,000.00 per annum, retroactive to May1, 2019.
