On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Cutting Red Tape, Building Ontario Act, 2024

April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Cutting Red Tape, Building Ontario Act, 2024 , c. 28, which amends the Agricultural Research and Innovation Ontario Act , comes into force:

April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Cutting Red Tape, Building Ontario Act, 2024 , c. 28, which amends the Building Ontario Fund Act, 2024 , comes into force:

April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Cutting Red Tape, Building Ontario Act, 2024 , c. 28, which amends the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993 , comes into force:
