OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated November 29, 2002, and pursuant to subsection (1) of

Section 128 of

Chapter 6 of the Acts of 2001, the Land Registration Act, and subsection (7) of

Section 3 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that

Chapter 6 of the Acts of 2001, the Land Registration Act, except subsection (4) of

Section 21, subsection (4) of

Section 31,

Section 39 and subsection (3) of

Section 119 thereof, come into force on and not before March 24, 2003.
