Statute: Corporations Miscellaneous Provisions Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated January 21, 2004, pursuant to

Section 29 of

Chapter 100 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended, the Corporations Miscellaneous Provisions Act, is pleased to: (

a) convey the lands at Westmount Subdivision, Halifax, consisting of 669.3 square feet and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" hereto to M&Buddy Company Limited, in consideration of a purchase price of $12,000.00 and the payment of the Department of Justice's cost of $850.00; (

b) approve the fees of the Department of Justice in handling the application in the amount of $850.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Justice to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines, and to execute any other documents necessary to effect the conveyance.
