Reg. 298/90, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 90-1321 dated November 13, 1990, to exempt classes of retail business from the right to refuse to work on a uniform closing day in

Section 66A of the Labour Standards Code, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after July 19, 2006.
