Order in Council 273/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to sections 2 and 5 of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation Act, 1999 ,

whereas by Order in Council O.C. 2115/2017 Frances Lankin was reappointed as a member of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (the “Corporation”) and by virtue of that appointment became a member of the board of the Corporation and subsequently she resigned from the board of the Corporation effective March 1, 2019,

therefore Order in Council O.C. 2115/2017 is revoked effective March 1, 2019.
