OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act dated June 5, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister responsible for the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act , entering into an agreement with the Minister of the Department for Women and Gender Equality (Canada) respecting the co-investment and implementation of the “Creating Communities of Care Through a Customary Law Approach” Project substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after June 28, 2019.
