OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated January 20, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve financial assistance by way of a payroll rebate to Admiral Administration (Canada) Limited, in an amount not to exceed Two Million, Two Hundred Eight Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($2,208,500.00), authorized by the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated on December 22, 2011, on terms and conditions generally as outlined in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated January 20, 2012; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
