OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated June 5, 2007 and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 13 of the Acts of 1994, the Universities Assistance Act, and subsections 59A(a), 59C(1A) and 59C(2) of
Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, as amended, is pleased, effective on and after June 7, 2007, to approve the commitment of base funding in the amount of $258,745,347 for Nova Scotia universities for the fiscal year 2008-2009.
