Order in Council 698/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Science North requires a three million dollar ($3,000,000.00), plus accrued interest, loan for the purpose of bridge financing for the Dynamic Earth Capital Expansion Project:

And

whereas

section 11 of the Science North Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. S.4, allows Science North to borrow for its purposes upon its own credit with the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council;
