Order in Council 1909/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1768/2017 dated August 31, 2017 that reappointed Anna Michener of Stratford as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Perth District Health Unit under the Health Protection and Promotion Act, be revoked effective December 31, 2019.
